Gratitude Collection 2022
The 2022 Gratitude Collection is just around the corner from launching! I Just surfaced from all the bright colors and the smell of alcohol inks in my studio to say “hi” and to tell you I think these beauties are FINISHED! I’ve been working in my studio with the door closed to get them ready for YOU!
I know many of you have been asking me if I was going to do another “Gratitude Collection” for 2022. Well…… the decision was an easy one given the HUGE response from my last years collection. Everyone loved the idea that they had the opportunity to get a small piece of my colorful and joyful art and many saw it as the perfect gift of gratitude for someone special to them.
This year I created all of the collection on plexiglass mounted on aluminum, using my magical inks that are the fan favorites. I also created them smaller (12” X 12”) and with lower price points than most of the works I usually create. I wanted a way for everyone to feel some Carol Simon LOVE and give my gratitude to you! As you know I am all about bringing joy, positivity and happiness to the world.
Well, I don’t know if you are aware, but it has been proven that giving and receiving GRATITUDE can make people happier, improve relationships and potentially even counteract depression.
That alone made it a reason for me to keep this tradition going and spread more GRATITUDE into the world. Not only do I personally get more happiness by creating the work and sharing it with you, but you also get more happiness and health benefits by supporting me and/or gifting it to someone else! I think we all could agree that we could use more happiness in our lives.
Last year, each of my pieces I named based on what I felt like the world needed to be grateful for with Covid still on our minds. This year, however, I decided to change it up a bit and name my works by the people and/or things that I was most grateful for in my art business - I even asked my trusty social media friends for suggestions as well. At the top of that list is my wonderful collectors and not far behind is my wonderful business team that helps support me in making this all possible.
To be fair and upfront, I am letting you know that this is a limited Collection of smaller works and will be only available beginning early November thru December on my website and at my studio. I will be giving those on my newsletter list a two day head start on purchasing a piece with a small bonus discount that will last only for 48 hours before I make it available to the public.
